I. T4T: Launching Disciple-making Movements: Why, How and What:

1. Why: For His Glory Ministries exists to help the fulfill the final wishes of the Lord Jesus that we make disciples of all nations. (Matthew 28: 19) We help pastors and church leaders release their members into the ministry by flipping the conventional model of making disciples from “grow then go” to “grow as you go”.

2. How: The 3-legged stool is a metaphor for the 3-point strategy we use to assist local churches to launch disciple-making movements to transform their communities for Christ.

1. The movement is directed and empowered by the Holy Spirit. (Acts 13: 2)

2. That we have Jesus’ authority through His Name. (Matthew 28: 18; Acts 3: 6, 16)

3. The T4T model of making disciples who make disciples. (Matthew 28: 19 – 20)

3. What: This model is revolutionary because it empowers every Jesus follower to share their testimony of what Jesus Christ has done for them and make disciples. We call this model Training for Trainers (T4T) and it is contributing to the launching of indigenous, self-perpetuating disciple-making movements here and around the world.
